Virtual Meeting Guide for School District Leadership and Board Members

District Leadership
Whether preparing the board agenda and supporting materials to ensure that all board members have relevant information or evaluating and implementing the right technology tools to facilitate a secure and productive board meeting, the role of school district leadership in implementing virtual meetings is crucial in helping the board manage their responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

Board Members

Although some of these items will require discussion and agreement in advance, there is preparation that can be done in advance to help prepare the board for success.
