To receive continuing education credit for attending the NSBA Annual Conference and the NSBA Southern Region Conference, school board members must complete, sign and return the "Statement of Certification" form.

The same form is used for both conferences. You will need to use a separate copy of the form for each conference. The amount of continuing education credit available for attending the conferences is included on the certification form.

PLEASE NOTE: NSBA conferences do not replace the 12-hour Basic Course required for all new board members and offered by the Mississippi Department of Education.
