School districts can call MSBA any time 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily for advice and access to information on policies, programs or legalities. Requests for written documentation is usually faxed or sent by regular mail. MSBA's staff is available to:

• answer questions on school matters
• take orders for publications
• clarify policy issues
• provide various other types of assistance to school districts
